At Embryolisse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are unopened and include a copy of your original packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
